WHEN CAN I CANCEL AN EJARI IN DUBAI?

- Original tenancy agreement

The submission of the final DEWA bill is the most important stage in the Ejari cancellation procedure. If there are any outstanding DEWA invoices, the cancellation procedure is still incomplete.
