We conduct end-of-lease evaluations when a tenant vacates a property. If any repairs are necessary, we will provide both parties with a report to decide who will bear the costs. After that, repair and maintenance work is started, followed by property remarketing.

Security deposits are usually retained by YourPlace. When a tenant vacates a property, the tenant’s repair costs are subtracted from the security deposit, and the rest is refunded.
