We provide full-service management. Marketing and leasing, tenant screening, paperwork, accounting and reporting, inspection and maintenance, and dispute resolution are all possible. The fee ranges from 5-10% of the entire lease value depending on the package.

We verify a tenant’s employment records and gather legitimate evidence of identity, such as passport, visa, and Emirates ID documents. We may seek supporting papers, such as a salary certificate, if necessary.

We do check-in and check-out inspections on single units. We also perform a routine examination when the lease is extended. We do quarterly fire audits and building inspections, as well as full annual inspections with repair and upgrade suggestions, in the case of building management.

We conduct end-of-lease evaluations when a tenant vacates a property. If any repairs are necessary, we will provide both parties with a report to decide who will bear the costs. After that, repair and maintenance work is started, followed by property remarketing.

Security deposits are usually retained by YourPlace. When a tenant vacates a property, the tenant’s repair costs are subtracted from the security deposit, and the rest is refunded.

Property damage will be taken from the security deposit. If the security deposit is insufficient to cover the damages, the tenant must pay the difference. In the event of a conflict, the rental dispute center can be contacted.
