Information We Collect
When you submit an enquiry or registration form on this website, we collect the information you provide directly — typically your name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, and any message or preferences you include. We also collect standard technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) through analytics tools like Google Analytics.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you submit to respond to your property enquiry, share pricing, availability and brochures for the project you registered interest in, and to follow up with you by phone, WhatsApp or email. With your consent, we may also contact you about other properties or services offered by Your Place Real Estate.
How We Share Your Information
Your enquiry details are shared internally with our sales team and stored in our CRM system so a dedicated advisor can follow up with you. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share data with the relevant developer (e.g. Danube Properties) where necessary to process your registration of interest for their project.
Data Retention
We retain your enquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request and maintain our sales records, or until you ask us to delete it.
Your Rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing us using the contact details below.
